First service special of $200 plus GST (usual price $250). Service excludes anode replacement, if required. Service Includes:
- Test and operate PTR (pressure & temperature relief valve) and CWE (cold water expansion valve)
- Inspect for leaks and corrosion
- Clean evaporator coil and air intake filter
- Inspect and test valves, joints, and fittings
- Check insulation, lagging, and UV protection
- Check outlet temperature
- Verify safe condensate drain operation
- Check sacrificial anode (if applicable)
- Inspect electrical connections and safety isolator
- Confirm external clearance and remove debris around outdoor unit
- Check unit memory for errors
- Supply service report on unit
