I was impressed with Hot Water solutions. They replaced my aging gas hot water cylinder. Their quote was less than my local plumber, and they could book me in within a reasonable time. They arrived on time, the team were polite, efficient and had great communication, for example, they were clear about when they would turn the water off and when the job was complete, they ran me thought their work and how the cylinder operated. The quality of the work looked good to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our install was a little complex as we were removing 2 old cylinders and replacing with a heat pump hot water cylinder which we located outside but they did a great job with the installation, doing exactly as we asked.
