I was impressed with Hot Water solutions. They replaced my aging gas hot water cylinder. Their quote was less than my local plumber, and they could book me in within a reasonable time. They arrived on time, the team were polite, efficient and had great communication, for example, they were clear about when they would turn the water off and when the job was complete, they ran me thought their work and how the cylinder operated. The quality of the work looked good to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

What great service from these guys, rang them on the Thursday they were there on the Friday morning at the time they said they would be there! Installation was a breeze and I was very happy all round. Don’t go anywhere else no one better out there for your hot water solutions.

The team at Hot water solutions did a great job. We needed to urgently replace our gas hwc as it was 20 years old and costing us an absolute fortune to run. They did the job with a few days notice. Very professional in install and clean up. Cost effective solution for us - as an all in one supplier managing product, gas and electrical parts of the install. New Apricus works a dream - only had in for a few days and our overall energy costs in the house already dropped significantly. Well done team. Would highly recommend.
Our old hot water cylinder started leaking, and the new models didn’t fit in the existing cupboard. Fortunately, I found Hot Water Solutions online. Jarrod provided expert advice and options tailored to my situation. We decided on the Apricus 260L heat pump hot water system, and it has been fantastic! I waited to see if it would save on electricity as claimed, and it definitely does. Thank you, Jarrod and team—highly recommended for their knowledge and service!Regarding the Apricus 260L unit: it works well, and the WiFi connection allows for remote monitoring and control via the app. The only downside is the noise when it’s producing hot water, but with the app, I can schedule it to turn off at night, and there’s still plenty of hot water for everyone.
