Rheem Cylinder 250L SS

Rheem Stainless Steel (SS) mains pressure water heaters are normally heated by electricity, but are also heat pump and solar powered. With up to a 40L per minute flow rate, you can have multiple showers and taps running while maintaining a stable shower temperature.

Designed and built in New Zealand to New Zealand conditions.

Manufactured from high quality Stainless Steel. With its colourbond jacket, this series is the perfect solution for both indoor and outdoor installations.

It can be connected to a variety of heat pump and solar technologies, including direct/indirect or top-down external heat sources. 135L model is not Heat Pump/Solar compatible.

2kW or 3kW options: Some wiring in old houses does not require his 3kW of power consumption and cannot be changed. The 3kW option heats the water faster and is slightly more efficient.

Installation Options:

Low/Mains Pressure to Mains Pressure Internal

• Drain,disconnect and remove existing mains pressure hot water cylinder and valves
• Installation of safe tray
• Supply and installation of mains pressure hot water cylinder,valves and pipework
• Installation of cylinder restraint kit
• Electrical work for new internal switch in cupboard to cylinder
• Electrical safety cert
• Test and commission installation
• Remove all associated rubbish from site

Low/Mains Pressure Internal to Mains Pressure External

• Drain,disconnect and remove existing mains pressure hot water cylinder and valves
• Installation of concrete paver on cement
• Supply and installation of mains pressure hot water cylinder,valves and pipework
• Installation of  stainless steel cylinder restraint kit
• Electrical work for new external weather proof switch and wiring
• Electrical safety cert
• Test and commission installation
• Remove all associated rubbish from site

Mains Pressure External to Mains Pressure External

• Drain,disconnect and remove existing mains pressure hot water cylinder and valves
• Installation of concrete paver on cement
• Supply and installation of mains pressure hot water cylinder,valves and pipework
• Installation of  stainless steel cylinder restraint kit
• Electrical work for new external weather proof switch and wiring
• Electrical safety cert
• Test and commission installation
• Remove all associated rubbish from site

Gas Internal to Mains Pressure Internal

• Drain,disconnect and remove existing mains pressure hot water cylinder and valves
• Remove existing flue and patch roof penetration
• Test existing gas installation is sound
• Cap gas line
• Installation of safe tray
• Supply and installation of mains pressure hot water cylinder,valves and pipework
• Installation of cylinder restraint kit
• Electrical work for new internal switch in cupboard to cylinder
• Electrical safety cert
• Test and commission installation
• Remove all associated rubbish from site
