I was impressed with Hot Water solutions. They replaced my aging gas hot water cylinder. Their quote was less than my local plumber, and they could book me in within a reasonable time. They arrived on time, the team were polite, efficient and had great communication, for example, they were clear about when they would turn the water off and when the job was complete, they ran me thought their work and how the cylinder operated. The quality of the work looked good to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jarrod provided expert advice and options tailored to my situation. We decided on the Apricus 260L heat pump hot water system, and it has been fantastic! I waited to see if it would save on electricity as claimed, and it definitely does. Thank you, Jarrod and team—highly recommended for their knowledge and service!Regarding the Apricus 260L unit: it works well, and the WiFi connection allows for remote monitoring and control via the app. The only downside is the noise when it’s producing hot water, but with the app, I can schedule it to turn off at night, and there’s still plenty of hot water for everyone.

The team did a fantastic job for us. They were super responsive to my initial enquiry, explained our options and came out to do a site assessment. Our install was a little complex as we were removing 2 old cylinders and replacing with a heat pump hot water cylinder which we located outside but they did a great job with the installation, doing exactly as we asked.
