Delivery methods and charges
In most cases you will have requested installation with your order, so we handle everything from our side, including delivery with our installation vehicles.
The delivery charges are only applicable if you select the delivery option online and we use our trusted courier delivery company.
Order tracking
Once your order is placed you can track how it is processed and what stage it is up to.
I still have not received my order
When the item you have ordered has not been received please get in touch with us immediately and we can handle tracking it down with the delivery company.
The item is defective
