The Rheem Premier Hiline is an indirect close coupled system using natural thermosiphon principles to transfer energy from the collectors into the stainless steel storage tank and provides full frost protection. Premier Hiline utilises the SPA2000 collector which provides good performance in all locations and is better suited to poor water quality areas.
Simplicity in Design
Rheem Premier Hiline uses natural thermosiphon principles to efficiently transfer the energy from the collectors into the storage tank.
This system does not require circulators, primary flow and return lines, and the close coupled tank and collector saves plant room footprint. A closed circuit transfers the energy via an internal heat exchanger into potable water stored in the tank.
Storage Tank
Premier Hiline is supplied with a 300L stainless steel storage tank. This reduces the tank weight which reduces the structural load on the roof members. You can choose to boost water heating in the tank with an electric heating unit or in series with specified Rheem commercial water heaters.
Freeze Protection
This system utilises propylene glycol as the heat transfer fluid which provides freeze protection to -28°C.

What great service from these guys, rang them on the Thursday they were there on the Friday morning at the time they said they would be there! Installation was a breeze and I was very happy all round. Don’t go anywhere else no one better out there for your hot water solutions.

The team at Hot water solutions did a great job. We needed to urgently replace our gas hwc as it was 20 years old and costing us an absolute fortune to run. They did the job with a few days notice. Our old hot water cylinder started leaking, and the new models didn’t fit in the existing cupboard. Fortunately, I found Hot Water Solutions online. Jarrod provided expert advice and options tailored to my situation. We decided on the Apricus 260L heat pump hot water system, and it has been fantastic! I waited to see if it would save on electricity as claimed, and it definitely does. Thank you, Jarrod and team—highly recommended for their knowledge and service!Regarding the Apricus 260L unit: it works well, and the WiFi connection allows for remote monitoring and control via the app. The only downside is the noise when it’s producing hot water, but with the app, I can schedule it to turn off at night, and there’s still plenty of hot water for everyone.

The team did a fantastic job for us. They were super responsive to my initial enquiry, explained our options and came out to do a site assessment. Our install was a little complex as we were removing 2 old cylinders and replacing with a heat pump hot water cylinder which we located outside but they did a great job with the installation, doing exactly as we asked. The new cylinder is great and already saving us money. I'd have no hesitation dealing with them in future- highly recommended!!!
We had a faulty hot water cylinder, the team came on time and they were very detailed and recommendations. We had to replace the hot water cylinder, again it was quick and on time with no hassles.
