We had a faulty hot water cylinder, the team came on time and they were very detailed and recommendations. We had to replace the hot water cylinder, again it was quick and on time with no hassles.

The team at Hot Water Solutions was friendly and efficient. They communicated in a timely manner with the quote and were punctual on the day the work was carried out. A bonus was if you would like to pay on credit card you can without any fees being incurred as long as it's within three days of receiving the invoice. A great team to work with and would highly recommend.

I am so happy and grateful for choosing to go with HWS. Communication with Jarrod has been top notch. Immediate and understanding response to all my questions. Keep me posted for everything that is scheduled.Ash and Harry completed the job to install a heat pump water heater to perfection. Great prompt service, superior workmanship, knowledgeable and friendly. I have yet to see tradies leave the site so impeccably clean and tidy. The electricians were so professional. Every gas outlet remarkably well capped so we don’t see any gaps or broken pipes. We moved from unsustainable gas to electric efficient water heating with solar panel system. I would highly recommend HWS and ask that you don’t bother looking anywhere else for your hot water solutions. Just one quote is enough. They offer a competitive fair price and really want to help you save as well as optimise your energy use.The water heating is perfect and they even followed up by adding restrictors to our showers. Superb service. ❤️🙌
