I was impressed with Hot Water solutions. They replaced my aging gas hot water cylinder. Their quote was less than my local plumber, and they could book me in within a reasonable time. They arrived on time, the team were polite, efficient and had great communication, for example, they were clear about when they would turn the water off and when the job was complete, they ran me thought their work and how the cylinder operated. The quality of the work looked good to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

What great service from these guys, rang them on the Thursday they were there on the Friday morning at the time they said they would be there! Installation was a breeze and I was very happy all round. Don’t go anywhere else no one better out there for your hot water solutions.

The team at Hot water solutions did a great job. We needed to urgently replace our gas hwc as it was 20 years old and costing us an absolute fortune to run. They did the job with a few days notice. Very professional in install and clean up. Cost effective solution for us - as an all in one supplier managing product, gas and electrical parts of the install. New Apricus works a dream - only had in for a few days and our overall energy costs in the house already dropped significantly. Well done team. Would highly recommend.

Our old hot water cylinder started leaking, and the new models didn’t fit in the existing cupboard. Fortunately, I found Hot Water Solutions online. Jarrod provided expert advice and options tailored to my situation. We decided on the Apricus 260L heat pump hot water system, and it has been fantastic! I waited to see if it would save on electricity as claimed, and it definitely does. Thank you, Jarrod and team—highly recommended for their knowledge and service!Regarding the Apricus 260L unit: it works well, and the WiFi connection allows for remote monitoring and control via the app. The only downside is the noise when it’s producing hot water, but with the app, I can schedule it to turn off at night, and there’s still plenty of hot water for everyone.

The team did a fantastic job for us. They were super responsive to my initial enquiry, explained our options and came out to do a site assessment. Our install was a little complex as we were removing 2 old cylinders and replacing with a heat pump hot water cylinder which we located outside but they did a great job with the installation, doing exactly as we asked. The new cylinder is great and already saving us money. I'd have no hesitation dealing with them in future- highly recommended!!!

The team at Hot Water Solutions was friendly and efficient. They communicated in a timely manner with the quote and were punctual on the day the work was carried out. A bonus was if you would like to pay on credit card you can without any fees being incurred as long as it's within three days of receiving the invoice. Great prompt service, superior workmanship, knowledgeable and friendly. I have yet to see tradies leave the site so impeccably clean and tidy. The electricians were so professional. Every gas outlet remarkably well capped so we don’t see any gaps or broken pipes. We moved from unsustainable gas to electric efficient water heating with solar panel system. I would highly recommend HWS and ask that you don’t bother looking anywhere else for your hot water solutions. Just one quote is enough. They offer a competitive fair price and really want to help you save as well as optimise your energy use.The water heating is perfect and they even followed up by adding restrictors to our showers.
